1. Digital Product Refunds
All purchases made on AptitudeAce.com or via our partner platforms are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. This includes:
- Practice tests (PDF or online)
- Video lessons or explainer content
- Downloadable resources
- Exclusive guides or courses
We provide detailed descriptions and sample previews to help you make informed decisions before purchase.
2. Exceptions – When Refunds May Be Considered
Refunds may be considered only under the following situations:
- You were charged multiple times for the same product
- You encountered a technical issue that prevented access, and our support team was unable to resolve it within a reasonable time
- You made a duplicate purchase in error and have not accessed either version
- You have made absolutely no use of the service within 7 days of purchase

3. How to Request a Refund

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Time for the refund to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. No Refunds for –
We do not offer refunds in cases such as:

- Change of mind after accessing the material
- Inability to complete the content due to your personal schedule
- Test results not meeting expectations
